Herena is a personal deployment intended for its operator and explicitly permitted users, not a public service. Use only accounts and data you have authorization to access, and comply with applicable laws and provider terms.

You control which Google permissions are granted and which tasks are requested. Review permissions before authorizing, protect local credentials, and do not send tokens or client secrets to the callback relay.

AI-generated briefings and suggestions can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review outputs and requested calendar or other Workspace changes; do not rely on the assistant as the sole source for important decisions.

The service is provided as available, without a guarantee of availability or uninterrupted operation. Relay transactions expire and are lost on restart; you may need to repeat authorization. Features and these terms may change as the personal deployment changes. Stop using the service and revoke access if you no longer agree to its use. Nothing here excludes rights that applicable law protects.
